Poly-co : https://code.google.com/p/polyco-2/
This tool his the co-reference detector deployed during the CoNLL Shared task 2011 by our team at the École Polytechnique de Montreal. Our system integrates a multilayer perceptron classifier in a pipeline approach. We describe the heuristic used to select the pairs of coreference candidates that are feeded to the network for training, and our feature selection method. The features used in our approach are based on similarity and identity measures, filtering informations, like gender and number, and other syntactic information. It's planed to integrate this fonctionality into the NLGbAse framework.

Dbpedia : http://dbpedia.org/
DBpedia is a community effort to extract structured information from Wikipedia and to make this information available on the Web. DBpedia allows you to ask sophisticated queries against Wikipedia, and to link other data sets on the Web to Wikipedia data. We hope this will make it easier for the amazing amount of information in Wikipedia to be used in new and interesting ways, and that it might inspire new mechanisms for navigating, linking and improving the encyclopaedia itself.

LinkedData Network : http://linkeddata.org/
Linked Data is about using the Web to connect related data that wasn't previously linked, or using the Web to lower the barriers to linking data currently linked using other methods. More specifically, Wikipedia defines Linked Data as "a term used to describe a recommended best practice for exposing, sharing, and connecting pieces of data, information, and knowledge on the Semantic Web using URIs and RDF."
